The patisserie brand of the famous Kwality group , Bread and More has recently revamped its presentation and is no more just a place for a mere quick bite. The first outlet of Bread and More came into existence in 2000 and since then made a big loyal customer base because of its exceptional bakery and confectionery products.

Tucked in a corner of the up market Vasant Vihar neighbourhood, this French inspired patisserie and Boulangaire serves an array of sweet temptations, a huge variety of sinful pastries, exotic cakes, breads and fluffy French croissants along with steaming hot brews. Also available is a select range of delicious health foods such as brown rice cookies, cereal bars and muesli. A huge rack of 40 different varieties of breads is the highlight of the outlet. Some of the hard crust breads are made with just olive oil, without any water and baked in stone ovens to keep the original texture. The quantity of yeast is also less so more time goes in the rising process.

We tried some of their savouries like PLAIN CROISSANTS, HAM & CHEESE CROISSANTS which were flaky and crisp from outside and buttery soft from inside because of the large amounts of butter. The PIZZAS and CALZONES too were extremely fresh right from the oven.
The MACAROONS here are  the best you must have ever had. Available in flavours like raspberry, strawberry, salty caramel, chocolate, coffee are perfectly sweet with a gooey filling.

We further nurtured our sweet tooth by having some of the sweet temptations which one may not find elsewhere. BABA MOJITO is a French specialty made from choux pastry which is split, coated with sugar syrup, filled and topped with whipped cream. BON BON, is a Bread & More exclusive in which chocolate ice cream is coated with a crispy chocolate layer. THE NAPOLEAN, also known as MILLE FEUILLE is a multi layered pastry filled with custard and topped with caramel,something which one should  not miss too.

Also a must try is the CHOCOLATE CRONUT which is a combination of a croissant and a donut. THE LEMON CHEESE CAKE was the last round of deserts which stole the show. It was perfectly citrus with velvety cheese, biscuit base and not overly sweet at all. Do take home their TIRAMISU and BANOFFEE DESERT JARS and the exotic cakes. They also prepare customized designer cakes on order.

Bread and more use the best techniques and the right quality of ingredients to give a quality product. The equipment are specially imported from France and Italy and a special emphasis is laid on following the standard recipe to give the best possible result.
