Being a Bengali, Biryani is one of the most satisfying meals ever. But finding a Bengali Biryani in Delhi is quite a headache in itself. The amalgamation of mutton, potato and egg is something that I found with Biryani by Kilo.

But Biryani by Kilo is not just for the Kolkata Biryani, they also serve out a delectable array of Hyderabadi and Lucknawi Biryani. Made with a combination of long grained rice, succulent soft meat and a heady mix of masalas, these Biryanis are available in half and kilo variants which you can order home. As they are prepared with Dum, they can be easily reheated and eaten later on. I have become a big fan of their Lucknawi and Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani. Served with a side portion of Saalan and Raita, these Biryanis can easily fill up 2-3 stomachs. Another Biryani that has always caught my eye is the Keema Biryani and the Kathal Biryani.

This includes a delectable Nahari, a Murg Musallam and even a plateful of Kakori Kebabs that you must try out. End your meals with a smooth, grainy Phirni that tingles my sweet tooth to the fullest.
