Indian Vegetarian at its Best – Shvatra, Ghatkopar, Mumbai

When a hardcore non vegetarian fan praises a pure veg place, it is bound to be something off the charts. Shvatra can impress any foodie irrespective of what cuisine he prefers. If he values taste and quality of preparation in food this place can never disappoint him.

It is located in R City mall at Ghatkopar and is usually full, so getting a place can be an issue. The staff is very cheerful, polite and very helpful. They will assist you the best possible way for your order. I had their thaali which was basically a buffet of various exotic things they have to offer. It started with a big thaali, various sides, carried along with chhaach and ended with superb desserts. Paneer hyderabadi was my favorite of all. But the simple yet delicious rotis were the real thing that made the food real good.

In all this place is highly recommended for vegetarians and non vegetarians equally. The simplicity in the preparations combined with the most authentic and mouth watering recipes gives the food here an edge over any other vegetarian dish in town in any place.  The taste never fails to impress you and also the prices are very very reasonable.
