There is something very calm and causal about Zingo Star. Simple yet elegant seating, interesting wall paintings and graffiti adds to the aura of the place. White brick walls, wooden floors and brightly coloured lights add a touch of warmth. An open kitchen helps the visitors get a sneak peek into the dishes as that are being cooked.
Food Talk
The Journey started the afternoon with a BMW, a pleasant whiskey cocktail with blackberry and citrus! So yum! And a Mausambi Collins. Both were completely Delish! And made me feel very summery!
So Zingo Starr is known for the variety of Chicken Wings on their menu. We decided to try two pieces each of the three levels of spicy sauces.
I quiet liked the wings, all three. The honey BBQ sauce was juicy and succulent and the balance of flavor was maintained. Spicy garlic sauce is extremly hot and spicy and I must tell you if you can tolearte too spicy food then only opt for the same.
Spicy Harbnero sauce is used in Da Bomb and mind you sir this is extremely beyond insanity.
Poutine is a dish originated from Canada and is served eith Potato wedges, french fries and Gravy and cheese. The bacon , sausages and caramelized onions making it an ideal meal and highlight of the day for us. The mighty mushroom which is served with fries, sauted mushrooms, grilled onions and roasted bell peppers is totally a veggie delight.
Their Sliders are something I can die for the BBQ slider with pulled chicken was a decent start but the main highlight is the Joe burger.
Then we ended the journey with a half and half pizza and for once both my friend and I agreed that the vegetarian one was much better than chicken. So yummmmmy! Loved the sweet corn and jalapeño mix
In a nutshell 4.5/5 A must visit whenever you are in G.K -2 .The staff is trained to ensure the guest’s needs are taken care of. The quantity and quality of the food served at such a price is quite surprisingly awesome.
