Pan Asian restaurants overlooking the Delhi’s skyline are one thing that I love quite a bit. The newly opened OKO at The Lalit New Delhi is a continuation of their brand which has become a hit over four cities now. Located on the 28th floor overlooking Lutyen’s Delhi, the restaurant features five different cuisines along with a few remnants from the Chinese restaurant that used to exist in Lalit almost two decades ago, The Noble House. The restaurant gives off all the chic fancy ministrations that new-age restaurants have. There is a digital menu which switches between all the five cuisines along with a digital tour of Delhi’s monuments while you order your food. After a warm lovely soup, we decided to head off to the mains where we tried out a spicy, eggy, nutty Pad Thai with an appropriate amount of sour and sauteed Chinese Greens that can a with any type of rice. We end our meal with one of my favourites, the Tub Tim Krob, a decadent mixture of water chestnuts in a creamy coconut milk which has been chilled down.
