1. Murg Tikka Angara
It is marinated with yoghurt and royal cumin and flash fired in a tandoor. The flavour is subtle and the meat is tinged with just the right amount of flavours.
2. Amritsari Macchi
One of Amritsar’s most famous dishes, this fish tikka. Fingers of fish coated in a spiced gram flour batter and deep-fried till the outside is crunchy and fish inside is soft and melt in the mouth. with flavours of Ajwain is a must for an authentic Amritsari experience.
3. Dhabewali Dal
You have had dal and then you will have this Dal. Perfectly flavoured with robust spices, a mixture of 3 daals gives it a taste that will resonate on your palate.
4. Murg Shahi Patiala
Though it has many variations like tandoori murg patiala or sharabi murg Patiala. Murg patiala is a very famous and delicious dish in Punjab. This dish is also known as Chicken patiala. It is very easy to cook and very rich in gravy. It is served with paratha or naan or plain rice. A simple chicken curry which last a mark on our palate without heading off to complexities.
