Indian food is one of the most debatable cuisines to find. Although Noida Sec 18 has a plethora of places to find Indian food, fine dining Indian food is much rarer. Made in India at Radisson Blu MBD Noida is one such place and we tell you why and what to dine here.
Kebabs
The restaurant sticks to a classic feel with chandeliers hanging overhead. The Dora Kebab starts off the proceedings. The finely minced lamb kebab is characterised by the aroma of Sandal wood on which it is cooked. It is then roasted over charcoal. The silky soft mince has a distinct sweet taste which will definitely make you remember the name of this rare kebab. The Hare Matar ke Kebab offers a beautiful bouquet of flavours and textures. The peas haven’t been ground down and their skin outside retains the texture while it is filled with the sticky cheese and raisins. The balance of heat and sweetness is what sets this kebab apart.
What else?
There were some of Made in India specialities for mains. A Murgh Nawabi Lukma has chicken cooked in gravy of cashew nuts, red chillies and yoghurt. The admixture of a thick curry along with the fragrance of the red chillies impart the chicken with some wondrous flavours without singeing your palate. The Paneer Khusro on the other hand is another dish that skirts the sweetness profile. With condensed milk, pomegranates and nuts stuffed into cottage cheese. The Khubani Bhare Koftey and Gucchi Musallam are another two dishes that should definitely adorn your plate. We polish it off with some of Made in India’s traditional breads, Laal Mirch ka Parantha, Kabalian Naan and Khurmi Naan. The Kabalian Naan is seasoned with Sesame seeds and Khurmi Naan is filled with cottage cheese.
We finish off with a succulent sweet Gulab Jamun. Stuffed with Gulkand (rose petals), its sweetness and flavour increases to heavenly levels. Do try out when the authentic Indian food in Made in India when in Noida.
