Grilled Paneer coated with papad crumb was just bang on. The heavy duty Leg of Lamb Tikki with some bone marrow added in and served with smokey tomato chutney was just marvelous.
From a large variety of options, few of the main-course options has Luxury Butter Chicken with cashew nuts, silver foil – the signature dish is just mind bobbling ;). The phenomenal Nalli Hard Kaur and Gucci Pulao was just delightful . The taste of Palak ka saag with chena was no doubt outstanding with choice of different naans reminded us of something that is cooked at home in the pinds of Punjab.
To end you meal you have a whole Jiggs Kalra’s edition of desserts. The shining Chocolate gulab jamun – the sweetness and the heat envelope your palate. Ras malai and crispy jalebi with rabri is presented in a cocktail glass swirls upon your palate to create a magical explosion of flavours.
