Food Talks
We started with Fried wontons. It was crispy on outside and mixture of juicy vegetables inside makes it further more crunchy. Next on my plate was minced chicken dumpling which was topped with ginger, mint and soy sauce for a cold spicy , sweet kick to your gut. The Prawn Dumpling hold true to the essential flavours of the meat while the Vegetable Shao Mai is something that will regale you with flavours of earthiness. Last but not the least, we tried the Stir fried vegetables in hot garlic sauce. It invokes a beautiful sensation on the palate.
In a nutshell, a smartly designed menu covering specialties from Hunan, Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan and signature dishes from the restaurant. The restaurant is open only for dinner during weekdays and both for lunch and dinner on weekends. It is very reasonably priced, also provides you with an experience that expect in a five star property. Those of you who would like to experiment and try out a new place Shanghai Club is a good bet.
