Capital Grill, is marked among those places in Vishal Enclave where you will find lip smacking continental and North Indian food. The recent addition to the family is their newly opened CG’s lounge, Cafe and Bar. A chic and elegant lounge in heart of West Delhi. As soon as you enter the property it will welcome you with peppy songs and beautiful neon lightings. The space has a casual look required for a lounge with both inside and outdoor sittings to accommodate the guests. Outer space, which is also the smoking area can accommodate 15-20 pax easily. Without separate sound control and projector facility it can used for private gatherings as well.
Food Talks
Our team went to this establishment on an invite to review their offerings. We asked the chef to order for us. Like an enthusiastic host he created a bouquet of dishes comprising of his signature dishes and hot selling items in the menu.
We started off with Desi Nachos comprising of corn chips layered with cheese, sweet corns, baked beans and is served with salsa sauce. Following it was the Chicken Pops. This crunchy and spicy dish reminds me of the famous KFC popcorn chicken. The CG’s special Donali kebab is a seekh kebab comprising of mutton and chicken minced and mixed with spices to make this delectable kebab.
Moving on to the mains, we tried their Veg Tandoori Platter, it comprised of spicy Paneer Tikka and decadent Broccoli ki shammi. The Paneer tikka was indeed a delight to our tast buds, the creamy taste and the thick gravy made a great balance in this dish and enhanced the texture. The broccoli shammi, on other hand was soft, gooey and had an adequate amount of spiciness in it. The tangy Arabiatta Pasta was our last call for the day. The spicy and tangy penne pasta cooked with arabiatta sauce was indeed a lip smacking treat.
