A phenomenal woman in today’s day and age is independent, strong and can take care of herself. To match pace with the contemporary woman and her ever changing taste, Diacolor India launches and introduces its first ever brand ambassador(ess) Princess Mriganka Singh of the erstwhile Royal family of Jammu and Kashmir.
At 24 Mriganka holds the persona that every little girl dreams of. In a stunning yet simple silver grey Dior gown, Mriganka allowed the jewellery to do all the talking.
The setting for the launch was beautifully designed with baby pink and ivory accents. The tables were adorned with twisted branches and flowers of distant origins, giving the place an almost ethereal Neverland feel.
The princess room was the highlight of the afternoon where embellished with some personal touches from her own room, the sun playing its part and the water in the background Mriganka and Rishabh finally did the unveiling ceremony.
Rishabh Tongya is the owner and the creative genius behind Diacolor, having joined the business at an early age he has put Diacolor on the map with his eye for detail and hope to create unique and perfect pieces.
Mriganka believes that this is her opportunity to take center stage and she really hopes she can do justice to the faith everyone has shown in her. An artist herself, she has showcased her art at The Royal Fables after graduating from Lasalle College of the Arts, Singapore. Flanked by her brother Martand and parents her confidence and quiet strength shined through the afternoon soiree where she was the centre of attention. She answered questions with poise and a sense of calm that more often than not is rare for a 24 year old, her lineage reflects beautifully as she did not look nervous or frazzled even though she claimed to be quite nervous for the event.
The brand in itself is every womans dream, diamonds are and will always be our best friends but often younger women choose to look for designs that fit their personalities better and Diacolor offers something for everyone.
The afternoon was hosted at On The Waterfront restaurant in Central Delhi and the food and service were impeccable. The event was attended by the glitterati of Delhi and even Mumbai, Suneet Varma, Kalyani Saha Chawla, Arti Singh, were some of the faces we spotted.
