Priced at INR 1999+taxes along with alcohol, the food tillitates you at times whereas tends to hold its own at other times. We start off with a lovely Aam Panna. Taking a spin off from the original one, this one has Alphonso for the aroma, the green mangoes for concoction and a slice of dashheri to infuse some sweetness.
The simple garden salad has been given a new look with the wrapped green salad. Some cold cuts dominate one section ample enough for a meat lover. But it’s the cheese on the cucumber that takes your breath away. Three cheeses combined in a loving mixture over a fresh slice of cucumber.
There’s also some chaat at the counter for those who like their meal spicy.
In the entrées, the things which stand out are the soft decadent Dahi ke kebab along with the chicken tikka marinated in raw mangoes. There is also a crisp golden fried fish with a sweet chilli sauce.
The Khao Suey leaves some distinctive tastes on your palate while the Indian is not far behind. The Kachori with the aloo ki sabzi is spot on, drawing comparisons from the bylanes of old Delhi.
The Firdauzi chicken gives off royal tastes while the stuffed chicken breast will impress even the most staunch European palate.
End your meal with some superlative desserts and some in house roasted coffee. A superb coffee machine which produces a beautiful blend of Arabica coffee lies in house serving out delectable coffee to everyone around.
The selection is the desserts include the beetroot halwa, death by chocolate, kiwi cupcakes and some Indian mithai to go.
