Located in south-east Goa, this beauty is definitely worth a visit. If you’re staying in North Goa or even in the South, you will have a beautiful long drive to the Dudhsagar falls station from where you pay Rs. 400 and take a jeep that will take you through the hilly region. Life jackets are compulsory and are available at the station. The jeep will take about 45 minutes to reach a point from where you will have to trek your way to the waterfalls. So if you’re looking for some adventure, you will love the trek through slippery rocks and when you reach the waterfalls, all your efforts will be worth it.

This place became popular after DilChahtaHai was shot here, some years ago. If you want to see the perfect sunset, this is your place. As the fort is located at a height, right next to the beach, it’s windy and the view from the top is just astounding.

The water is much cleaner, and the moment you put your feet into the waters, face the sun, listen to the sound of the waves, let the wind blow you away, you will feel you are far far away from your real life, in some parallel universe. It’s awe-inspiring. It’s quiet; less crowded and gives a sense of tranquility.

Another aspect of this beach that separates it from the rest of the beaches is that it does not have electricity, the natural moonlight and oil lamps are used as a source of light to ensure that one stays in direct contact with the natural surroundings.
