Starting 12th sept 2016, Hotel Hilton Garden Inn, Gurugram, brings you the authentic flavours of Rajasthan too their all day diner, Glasshouse. Inspired by the delicacies enjoyed by the royal families this food festival is curated by The Executive Chef Sunil Gangwal who himself hails from Jaipur. In an interaction with us, the chef discusses about the rich culinary culture of Rajasthan , its evolution and stresses on the need of the purity of ingredients needed to produce those authentic flavours.

The elaborate buffet spread starts off with an aromatic and mildly flavoured broth called Baajrae Ka Raab made with curd and millet. Then there are a range of delectable starters namely, Paneer ke Sooley, Sangri ke kebab, Mirchi ka Pakoda and Kali mirch murgh. In the main course enjoy some robustly spiced dishes  Laal Maans, Jodhpuri chicken , Dal Pachranga, Ker Sangri, and Methi Paneer. To go along side have the ghee drenched varieties of Daal Baati, Missi roti and choormas. A range of pickles, poppadums, chutneys and murrabas are placed as accompaniments which give an extra kick of flavours. The meal ends with super delicious khatta meetha Tamatar ka halwa and Ghevar topped with rabdi.
