Amidst the most exorbitant location of Delhi-NCR, “The Mall of India”, i.e. “the hot new thing” for the people of Delhi and Noida, has come up with a new and much anticipated outlet of MADE IN PUNJAB on its 3rd floor, after creating a buzz in DLF Cyber Hub. The restaurant chain is owned by Mr.Zoravar Kalra, who is a culinary artist, judge of Master Chef India and the son of legendary Chef Mr Jiggs Kalra. Their principal focus is always on the Indian cuisine and how it can be taken to the global palate. They try to be as creative and innovative as they can be in the flavour, recipes and the presentation of the dishes which results in the best fusion food one can get his/her hands on. In short they love to play with food.

Talking about the ambience of the place it was calm and peaceful with a soothing touch. The bar is in the center of the beautifully designed restaurant with a casual dining establishment. They have a seating capacity of 80 to 90 people with a private dining room that can accommodate 12 people.
Serving you with the best cocktails in town like Nashili Chai served in a glass with gin, vodka, white rum with chai concoction and soda on top. I was lucky to lay my hands on this flavourful cocktail Jatt Risky after Whiskey served in a big lassi glass which is a whiskey shaken with homemade apple cinnamon reduction, lime juice and egg whites for the froth on top of the glass. Ending my drinks session with Syappa a combination of coffee and garlic flavours with a vodka base is a unique one that enlightens a person’s taste buds by its exquisite flavour.
