My top picks from their menu

Super food Salad- I am a big-big-BIGGG salad person and this salad absolutely won me over. Made with a base of Red cabbage and Romaine Lettuce, it is topped with Beans, Brocolli, Pomegranate, Almonds, chia seeds, watermelon seeds, Feta cheese and served with white balsamic vinaigrette. My requirements of all the essential vitamins get easily met with this salad and it absolutely tastes like heaven. You can feel different textures of fruits and nuts on your palate and its a symphony of textures on your taste buds. The seeds add the much needed crunch to the salad and gives you the required Omega3 (i.e. Alpha Linolenic Acid)+Amino acids. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Love for salads!

Spicy schezuan Chicken Noodles – This dish is for those people who appreciate the bland flavor. I absolutely loved the texture of the noodles. Served with pokchoi, lotus stem, chicken, spring onions, seasome seeds and  chilli flakes. Tossed in schezwan sauce, this is a must try asian bowl on their menu!

Noooooooodles

Bbq chicken wrap- Multigrain Tortilla filled with chicken, ice berg lettuce, onion & peppers. Served with bbq sauce, this is an absolute must try on their menu. Grilled to an absolute perfection, this dish  is for all the chicken lovers!

Wrap it up!

Chocolate chia- Dark chocolate with white chocolate mixed with coconut milk & honey topped with chia seeds, this dessert is any weight watchers dream come true. I went over and over through the list of the ingredients to see if they had something unhealthy but surprisingly all the ingredients were super healthy. You can snack on these without even feeling guilty!!
