Fusion food is back and Hyper Local is definitely showing us, “How to nail it!!”

Hyper Local has taken some really popular dishes from across the world and have given them their own twist. If comfort food is your type, then simply head down there today! Our top 5 picks from their menu:-

1. English baked potato skin

Baked potato filled with rice and topped with melted cheese. It comes with a salad on the side which beautifully compliments the baked potato. What I absolutely loved was the lemon grass taste inside the potato. This dish is an absolute must for all the vegetarians.

2. Egg Kejriwal

I am a big on “breakfast food” and egg kejriwal is a perfect start to any time of the day! This dish comes with a sunny side up served on a cheese+mushroom toast. The mushroom flavor with tomatoes acidity goes beautifully well with the sunny side. This dish is served with a portion of both salad & potato wedges and I absolutely love it when I don’t have to choose between the two!

3. Malabar Manchurian

The name of the dish says it all. Served with a portion of rice, this dish has Malabar yellow curry with Manchurian balls. Creamy curry served with spicy Manchurian balls along a bed of rice topped with caramelized nuts. Do I really need to write down the symphony of flavors on my tongue?! A must try for all you vegetarians!

4. Teen Mirch Paneer Tikka/Murg Kesar Kasturi Kebab

If you are a vegetarian, go for the paneer tikka and if “chicken” is your preferred choice of protein, then go for Murg kesar Kasturi Kebab. But you simply cannot miss this dish! AN ABSOLUTE MUST TRY!!

The paneer simply melted on my tongue and it was served along a lachha parantha. The “mirchi waali lacha pyaaz” with the mint chutney and paneer tikka with lachha roti, oh my god! Absolute heaven!!!

The murg kesar kasturi kebab, comes with a lachha parantha served with a sunny side up. Again one of Hyper Local specialities and a must have for all you non-vegetarian foodies!!

5. English Marshmallows-The drink

If you follow my blogs regularly, you’ll know by now I DO NOT HAVE A SWEET TOOTH. So when the bartender got me a pink candied drink, I was genuinely really turned off. Being a foodie, I decided to give it a try and I AM GLAD I did that. Burnt marshmallows served with NOT TOO SWEET vodka based concoction simply won my heart. I just could not stop myself from finishing the whole drink. A highly recommended drink by me!
