Another thing is the fact that Google has adopted an open-office technology. What does it mean? Well, it means that instead of being locked into cubicles, employees can freely move around the office, do whatever they think needs to be done and relax when they feel like it. There is no: “Sit in this chair and work from 9am to 5pm”. Every employee has a task and he or she can perform it however he or she likes.

People get hungry. It’s a biological fact. However, Google employees can have gourmet foods right where they work for absolutely no charge. The company offers free food for its employees which is an extremely nice thing to do. Also pets are allowed here. Like for real. People can simply bring pets to work like it’s no big deal. Don’t want to leave Mister Snuzzles at home? Just grab him to work!

Google is a tech company. And a very successful one at that. People line up before store for day to get their hand on some of their products, but guess what? Google employees can take a sneak peek and actually use some of these products before they hit the shelves. It’s not forbidden by the company; it is even encouraged.

Many people think that if a person is getting everything at work and isn’t actually forced into doing something, how come that everything is still working just fine? Why nobody is getting lazy? Well, the truth is that when an employee is treated nicely, he or she will most likely do anything they can so that their company remains on top.
