Chocolates are the embodiment of God and I truly second that. So when Fabelle invited me to create a chocolate which they were going to name after me and sell, it was an offer I couldn’t really refuse. The As You Name It campaign brought together food influencers from across the country to create their favourite flavour.

The As You Name It campaign at Fabelle

The way the As You Name It campaign works is that you can make yourself a customised chocolate. There are three elements to making it: The outer covering, the filling and the topping. It can all be chosen on an iPad which later is used for making your chocolate.

What to do?

The choices available for the outer covering are milk chocolate and dark chocolate. There are quite a few beautiful flavours for fillings in the form of dark chocolate, mint chocolate and others. But it’s the plethora of toppings that will blow you away. There is roasted almonds, chocolate chips, cocoa powder and butterscotch nibs.

My choice: Mint and Sea Salt

What I chose for my chocolate is a dark chocolate cup, dark mint chocolate cream and French Sea Salt as the topping. As I am a big fan of contrasting flavours and things that break the mould, the combination of the fresh herby flavours of the mint combines with the freshness of Sea Salt to totally surprise your palate. You might have been expecting sweet but here comes an explosion of bitter and salt.

All of these chocolate cups are available for INR 100 per piece and you can also find packs of 6 or 12. Head to your nearest Fabelle Store at ITC Hotels to try out my selection and also make one for yourself.
