Dim Sum brunches are always fanciful and recently we tried out the one at Hong Kong Club, Andaz New Delhi. With a load of flavourful and colourful Dimsums along with some amazing cocktails, demo classes and live music, this is one Sunday Brunch that you should definitely try out. Priced at INR 3500++ for the Sparkling wine one, it also has kid style menu at INR 1500++.

We start off our Dim Sum brunch with a plethora of Dim Sums on board, obviously. The Dim Sum are divided into sections and each of these offers you a vegetarian and a non vegetarian one. The Dim Sum that we had included:

Crystal: Cauliflower, Red & Chinese Cabbage and Prawn, Asparagus & Crispy Garlic

Shumai: Chicken & Shitake Mushroom and Prawn Capes Mushroom with Chives

Bao: Curry, Bean Curd & Carrot and Classic Barbeque Chicken

Shanghai: Chicken Broth, Ginger & Scallion and Boletus, Shitake Mushroom & Scallion

Crispy Fried: Minced Lamb Puff & Black Pepper and Taro & Coconut wonton

Along with a crispy Pork Belly, there are quite a few other mains that you must try out. 

But it was the exemplary dessert platter that had us totally floored.
