AIRE The Sky Bar is a smartly located bar with an outdoor terrace overlooking the hotel landscape. Churning out delectable meal and lip smacking cocktails to both in-house hotel guests and visitors, this relaxing open-air venue is a short walk away from the hotel’s poolside. This venue is perfect for that dinner date with someone special . It provides a great backdrop to enjoy sundown and moonlit dinner, with soft live music in the background setting the mood just right. With a total of three covered booths, which seats 18, three bar seats and 16 open-air seats, the place sees a total seating of 35, with a view of the bar and the Jaipur landscape.

Aire the Sky Bar is an only dinner venue with grills and comfort food items along with cold and hot beverages both premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic. It is designed to be the perfect place for dinner situated away from the main lobby while still being refreshing and accommodating the guest’s needs. The outlet is known for its comfort food such as hand tossed pizzas, barbecued prawns, Chongqing style Chicken, New Zealand Lamb chops, dim sums and signature desserts. Aire continues being a casual dining venue however there is a differentiation between the menu served at Aire and other outlets. The bar section will not disappoint you. Be it Norton Bodega (Rs 6,000 for the bottle) or the exotic Villa Fassini Cabernet Shiraz (Rs 950/glass) from Italy, they have it all in their stock. If some rare wine is what you crave for then this is your stop for the evening. As you shift from the fine wines to Soothing cocktails, their classic cocktails such as Apple Martini and Long Island Ice Tea is the showstopper.
