The sun is starting to scorch down on Delhi. With a traditional farm to fork approach, Director of Culinary at Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity Chef Ajay Anand has come up with a plethora of colourful yet refreshing dishes for the summer with the Pullman Art Brunch at Pluck, Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. We tell you the reasons you should be heading to this Brunch on the coming Sunday.

Salads: The Salad counter is a perfect exposition of the Farm to Fork concept at Pluck with an explosion of bright colours and some flavours which pique the palate be it the ceviche shots or the Ginger Melon shots.

Multi Cuisine: Ranging from Mediterranean to Indian, the Pullman Art Brunch at Pluck, Pullman New Delhi Aerocity has everything for everyone’s mood. A family get together, not a problem at all.

Pan Asian: With Chef Deepak Malhotra at the helm, Honk the Pan Asian restaurant of the hotel serves out some succulent, juicy dimsum and sushi. A small counter of the restaurant is available at the Brunch.

The Alcohol: Although the Pullman Art Brunch hosts unlimited Champagne but their Mixologist Topesh Chatterjee churns out a Sangria which definitely tops out flavours from all over the city. Topesh also plans to explore cocktails of yore from 13th-20th May under the International Cocktail Week.

Roast Chicken: A perfectly roasted is something we all lust for. The one here is not only perfectly roasted but the jus and the herbed potatoes are a superb accompaniment.

The Shakes: Peanut Butter Shake on offer along with a Raspberry flavour. The sound of Peanut Butter and that too in a liquid form should be enough to send you into a food coma.

The Art: Although a few cocktails in any North Indian would incite a range of art, but the Sunday Brunch at Pullman goes all out in making this a visual treat for the guests too. In association with Art Tree, the Brunch displays a stellar collection of paintings by lesser known artists. This week we had Mrs Uma Bardhan, an artist from West Bengal turning out some beautiful watercolours on Murshidabadi silk.

Live Music: A little bit of bubbly, good food and music: the three magical ingredients that make any Sunday come alive. Pluck has its very own duet of Live Band that makes sure that there is never a dull moment when you dine.

Summer Light: At Pluck, with large windows adorning one side of the restaurant, overlooking the courtyard, you can experience summer sunshine as you sit and take a bite of the crisp fresh greens with freshly squeezed fruit juices of your choice.

Tour of the herb garden: If you are wondering what is the meaning behind the name “Pluck”, that is because this restaurant has its very own in-house farm! All the herbs and vegetables for the seasonal menu at Pluck is taken from here. One of its kind farm in any hotel, the hotel staff take special delight in showing you where your food comes from, a true – farm to table concept indeed.

But this all pales in the superb service standards that are maintained here. Even with a full house, there was not a glass empty, neither an used plate on the table. So for a relaxing yet healthy Sunday Brunch in this scorching summer, head to Pluck at Pullman, New Delhi Aerocity.
